While we're working on finishing up the judging for the contest (thanks to all of you who participated, it gives me hope for this little corner of the fandom!), I had a thought. You know Hoperai had "Hoperai Week"? And then a few days ago the Vanihopu fandom had "Vanihopu Day"? What about having one for ourselves? I guess it would probably have to be longer than a day so people get the chance to participate, but I really like the idea of it and was wondering who would be interested.
If you're interested or have ideas, feel free to put them here in the comments section below! I'll also count the number of people interested based on how many favorites this journal gets, so if you're interested, fav this journal!
Suggestions so far have been:
• 15 December (XIII-2's JP release date)
• 18 January (XIII-2's announce trailer release date)
I would also like to know how many would like a single day and who would like to have an entire week.
(maybe it would help kickstart some more creativity, particularly during the less-busy summer months)

Reminiscence screens
Almost two years back, I had located some of the images for the Final Fantasy XIII: Reminiscence novella on tumblr, but they were not as high-quality as I would have liked. Recently, I stumbled across an article that includes every image in 1280x720 resolution. They are of both Lightning and Caius and, of course, feature them in mirrored and contrasting poses.
Square Portal: Tracer of Memories model images
These, to the best of my knowledge, were originally published by Dengeki PlayStation back in 2014.
Cairai Week starts tomorrow
I'm not sure how many of you will be able to participate, but I plan to, at the very least. Anyway, I created a list of seven themes, one for each day, down below as inspiration. You're free to interpret them however, and in whatever media (cosplay, fanfic, etc.) as long as it doesn't violate any of deviantArt's rules. For those of you participating on Tumblr, you're free to link what you've created here, as well.
Suggested themes:
1. Dream
2. Reality
3. Touch
4. Chaos
5. Hope
6. Time
7. Future
Since no one suggested any prompts, I figured these would work. Have fun!
Cairai Week 2015
Based on responses here and on tumblr, the first ever "Cairai Week" will start January 18, 2015. The only remaining question, then, is how to go about the theme. Do we want a different one each day, or an overarching theme for the whole week, or one every other day? Please drop your thoughts in the comments below!

Cairai Day 2014
Final Fantasy XIII-2 was released in Japan on December 15th of 2011. A member had suggested having a "Cairai Day" on that date. I know it's short notice, but I just remembered. shame on me I know I was thinking of maybe having a winter-themed prompt / contest of some sort, or maybe just a day where we kind of come together as a community or something.
I still hope to have a "Cairai Week" in the vicinity of January 18 (the release date of the original announce trailer), but I thought this might be a nice warmup. You can participate here, or post your work from other sites, like tumblr, FF.Net, and AO3.
What do you guys think?

Sounds great! A week might be a bit too long, yes, but maybe we could pull off a weekend like the noehopu fans? A day is better than nothing, but if we had a whole weekend we could have more prompts to chose from.
